Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Intermediate Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – IMC (Intermediate Care) Location: Athens, TX Start Date: November 17, 2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 2 years recent IMC/Stepdown experience (no first-time travelers) - Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS preferred - Charting System: Epic (required) - Skills: - IV therapy and line management (peripheral, central, PICC) - Non-invasive airway management (O2 protocol, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC) - Cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring - Heparin and cardiac drips (no titration) - Isolation precautions and wound care - Licensure: Active RN license in state of assignment or compact - Other: Must reside outside listed restricted counties (Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, Morris) About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies: Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
