Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Night Shift Nashville,
AR | 13-Week Contract | Critical Access Hospital Schedule: 4x10s

skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a travel assignment
with one of our respected critical access hospital partners near
Nashville, Arkansas. If you’re passionate about lab science and

flexibility of travel healthcare. Job Description: As a Travel MLT,
you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of
patients by performing a variety of lab tests across clinical
disciplines. This position requires strong attention to detail,
adaptability, and the ability to work independently during night
shifts. Responsibilities include: - Performing clinical laboratory
tests in areas such as hematology, urinalysis, chemistry, blood
bank, and microbiology - Collecting, processing, and analyzing
specimens accurately and efficiently - Maintaining and calibrating
lab equipment - Verifying and reporting results in compliance with
facility protocols - Collaborating with clinical staff to support
patient care decisions Qualifications: - Associate’s Degree in
Medical Laboratory Technology or related field - ASCP or AMT
Certification required - BLS certification required - Minimum 1
year of recent clinical lab experience in a hospital setting
preferred - Strong multitasking and time management skills -
Familiarity with lab regulations and quality control procedures
Contract Details: - Start Date: ASAP - Contract Length: 13 weeks
(potential to extend) - Shift: Night shift | 4x10s with occasional
1x11hr - Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital - Competitive
