GQR Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional Behavioral
Health for a travel job in Palestine, Texas. Job Description &

Start Date: 07/19/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift:
12 hours, days, nights, flexible Employment Type: Travel
Orientation Dates: 07/19, credentialing due by 07/06 07/19 at the
Conroe Office - Conroe TX Credentialing Due on: 07/06 for 07/19
start date Orientation is held in Conroe, but will work at
whichever facility they accepted the offer. Length: 13 weeks but
will be continuous employment. (aka extensions) Shift: Days;
0645-1915 or Nights 1845-0715 Hours per week: 36 / 48 hrs, one week
36 hrs the next week will be 48 hrs. 4 weeks block booking by the
20th Work week is Saturday – Friday Orientation Dates: 07/19,
