Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Location: Onsite - 7501 Lakeview Pkwy Ste 130, Rowlett, TX 75088 Primary Responsibilities: - Answer calls - Patient customer service - Check-in and checkout process - Appointment scheduling and confirmations - Insurance verification & monetary collections - Other duties as assigned You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher) - 3 months of experience in a healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual in English/Spanish - 6 months of experience in a physician office The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
