Job Description:
Seeking a competent RN with independent practice skills in a
clinical setting to provide routine and complex patient care,
delegate tasks, and manage contingencies.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, assessing
patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and
educating patients and families.
Requires adherence to safety, quality standards, and healthcare
regulations, with strong critical thinking and communication
skills.
Core competencies involve patient flow management, unit operations,
and compliance with policies and documentation standards.
Technical skills include medical equipment use, medical order
processing, chart interpretation, and ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications: BSN preferred, RN license (state or compact), BLS,
1-year experience preferred. Work schedule varies; full-time
position.
