Job Description:
The Primary Care Clinician Nurse collaborates with healthcare
teams to deliver high-quality, safe patient care across the clinic
setting.
Responsibilities include coordinating wellness and chronic illness
activities for the entire patient population, with success measured
by patient satisfaction and clinical performance metrics.
Acts as a clinical leader utilizing critical thinking and
problem-solving to ensure positive outcomes.
Requires an RN license (NM), BSN preferred, BLS certification, and
at least one year of clinical experience.
Supervises medical assistants, supports staff training, and ensures
continuous clinical care.
Must meet physical demands, including mobility, lifting up to 50
pounds, and working under stressful conditions with exposure to
bodily fluids and infectious materials.
