  The Critical Care RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  
  ---Clearly communicates, both orally and in writing, to foster staff and patient understanding of treatment plan.
  
  ---Displays sensitivity to the patient's needs such as physical, spiritual, and emotional and evaluates response to the delivery of care.
  
  ---Supports and promotes organizational programs to ensure quality patient care.
  
  ---Effectively manages department/patient activities in a time efficient manner to ensure the delivery of care is well-organized and proficient.
  
  ---Provides quality customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team to create a professional and respectful environment.

  At least one year recent Critical Care experience in a similar healthcare setting. Previous Travel Required

  ---2-Year Degree, Preferred 4-Year Degree.
  
  ---Current RN Licensure required for State.
  
  ---Required Credentials: NIH, BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).
  
  Skills Required: Interpretation of dysrhythimas, blood product admin, central line management, Starting IVs, assist with CPAP management, care of ventilated patient
