Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Behavioral Health
Utilization Management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians and
ensures compliance with guidelines
Monitors performance and quality standards of the utilization
management team
Develops and implements policies and procedures for effective
healthcare service utilization
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree
with 4+ years of related experience
License to practice independently or state-required licensure
Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles
preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Understanding of medical necessity criteria for behavioral health
services preferred
