Job Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) - Provide high-quality patient care and lead a team of nursing professionals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and leading a team of nursing professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
  
• Supervise and direct nursing staff, including LVNs/LPNs, nursing assistants, and unit secretaries.
  
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    
  • At least six months to one year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit.
    
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    
  • RN license in the state of employment or compact.
    
  • Graduate Nurse Permit.
