  • Location: East Texas - 1.5 Hours from Dallas
  • Facility Details: 94 Bed Rehab Unit
  • Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-6pm) - No Call - No Weekends
  • Full Support Team: APP, Hospitalists, Nursing Team & Rehab Coordinators
  • EMR: Epic
  • Privileges: 30 Days
  • Client Requirements: TX License, Board Certification and COVID Vaccination
