Allergy/Immunology opening in Tyler, Texas. Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health Opening in Texas Located in Tyler, TX - 96 miles from Dallas Full-time, permanent Professional requirements include a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and a current, unrestricted license from the Texas Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas. Must be registered and have current DEA, DPS and other certificates to legally operate as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas. Current CPR for Healthcare Professional Certification also required. Duties: Perform primary health care in an antepartum care setting within established guidelines of care. Also, manage normal, uncomplicated antepartum patients, perform comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments during each patient encounter and perform assessments and on-going evaluations of post-partum care of patients having had a normal, uncomplicated birth within established guidelines of care. Skills: Maintain medical expertise and competency as well as demonstrate through knowledge of procedures to deliver quality primary medical care, follow established protocols and exercise professional judgment; Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills required, bilingual skills a plus. Prefer one year of practice experience providing direct patient care.
