Job Description:
RN State Psych Care UnitProvides direct patient care to patients
using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope
andstandards of practice.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the
ability to work with minimal supervision. Must beable to work in a
stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licenses: RN
Certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training within 30
days of hire- required Handle with Care
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience in a hospital setting
preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in behavioral health unit
preferred.
