The Vice President of Operations ensures operational excellence
and strategic alignment across all company entities. Reporting
directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Operations will
lead operational efficiency, governance, financial management,
project management, and compliance initiatives, significantly
contributing to our growth, client satisfaction, and employee
engagement.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading operational teams in
professional services or relevant industries.
Demonstrated expertise in improving processes and managing complex
operational initiatives.

the Firm.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and
industry standards.
Travel Requirements:Regular travel required to firm offices outside
Dallas HQ: Atlanta, Chicago, and Fort Worth.
Education:Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or
equivalent) preferred.
