Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager responsible for
overseeing content development and managed services projects to
ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage content development activities and ensure projects are
executed on schedule and within budget
Oversee scheduling, risks, productivity, finances, and resource
allocation for managed services projects
Collaborate with Senior Operations and Account Management to
address production issues and achieve project goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a project manager throughout the project
lifecycle
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
Proven track record of delivering results against strict project
schedules
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting resource allocation
procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
