Develop and maintain operational work manuals and reporting processes to ensure seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required
6+ years in program and operations management
Experience in change management and stakeholder communication
Proficiency in data analytics and data visualization tools
Project management certification is preferred
