Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Program Manager to drive and manage critical sales initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives across global markets
Act as a liaison between senior leaders to align on strategic priorities and drive execution
Manage high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting, preferably in a technology or SaaS organization
Proven track record of working with senior executives and supporting large-scale initiatives
Strong understanding of sales operations and cross-functional collaboration
