Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee title
services operations and manage teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage work activities and operations supporting the title
process
Act as a liaison with Escrow/Branch managers and coordinate efforts
between groups
Conduct employee performance reviews and identify training needs
for staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
5-7 years of directly related experience
3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
Experience with Mississippi Title
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships at the management level
