Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Director of Channel Development -
East.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and expand critical relationships within Technology
Solutions Distributors (TSDs) to enhance solutions and services
capabilities
Develop and execute plans to position the company as the preferred
option for Agentic AI contact center solutions
Assist in creating and implementing a Partner Training and
Enablement program while aligning with Sales and Channel teams
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SaaS Master Agent or TSD Channel partner
development within a cloud-based environment
Proven network in the SaaS TSD Channel
10+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Experience or Contact
Center Software
Demonstrated ability to establish and grow business relationships
with a focus on sales and channel partner processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
