A company is looking for a Call Center Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor operational statistics and report trends to multiple departments within the call center
Hire, train, and lead Call Center employees, ensuring adherence to company standards
Develop and execute initiatives to maximize member retention and satisfaction


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of team management experience, preferably in a remote setting
2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Experience using CRM and telephony CcaaS, with Regal.ai experience as a plus
Proficiency in various computer programs including Google Suite, HelpScout, Slack, and more
Ability to think strategically, make sound business decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment
