              • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development, communications, or healthcare sales.
              • Previous home healthcare or private duty sales experience preferred.
              • Previous home health or pediatric experience preferred.
              • Must be willing to travel locally and work a flexible schedule.
              • Bilingual is a plus.
              • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a passion for assisting medically fragile children.
              • Possess the ability to establish relationships, be self-motivated, and detail oriented.
              • Demonstrate knowledge of and ensure compliance with local state and federal law. Expectations:
                • Build relationships with referral partners including but not limited to case managers, referral coordinator, discharge planners, social workers, clinical managers, physicians, and networking partners.
                • Act as liaison between hospitals, physicians, PHH offices, and the clinical team to ensure quality care as patients discharge from the hospital.
                • Work with the business development team to develop a plan for your territory to meet and exceed quarterly goals.
                • Lead and participate in marketing and community events. Medical:
