OVERVIEWThe Digital Marketing Manager is a Manager level
position that will focus on developing, maintaining and executing a
digital marketing strategy based on an integrated marketing,
customer-centric, omni-channel approach. This role will work with
internal partners as well as external vendors to drive sales and
brand awareness for digital channels such as SEO, SEM, mobile,
social media, email, and affiliate marketing. This position reports
to the VP of Marketing. This role requires a high degree of
accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will leverage new ideas
and drive innovation bringing a competitive advantage for all
stores. The successful candidate must maintain a strong focus on
continuous improvement of the customer experience. DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the "Cavender's Culture" and drive our Mission, Vision,
and Values
- Serve as a strategic partner and key support resource to the
company
- Plan, maintain, and execute the digital marketing calendar
through promotional, email, and social media initiatives
- Develop strategic plans for digital marketing to drive sales
across digital channels, increase brand awareness and customer
engagement
- Collaborate with internal partners (E-Commerce, Marketing,
Merchandising, Operations, IT, etc.) and external vendors to
develop, execute and analyze successful omni-channel strategies and
campaigns
- Manager and optimize SEO and SEM programs
- Drive reporting and analytics measuring the performance of
digital marketing content. Ensure sale goals are met, identify key
opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Manage campaign-oriented activities and continuously track
progress to ensure timely goals
- Develop strategic view of digital marketing budget allocations
to ensure business objectives are met and forecasts are
accurate
- Communicate regularly with technical, applications and
operational staff to ensure data integrity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends to keep
the company at the forefront of developments in digital
marketing
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing
protocols and procedures
- Demonstrate the company's core values and be a champion of
positive change. This position will help drive innovation and new
exploration in marketing
- Any other tasks necessary to drive results and support the
corporate and store teams qualifications and requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a
preferred concentration in Business, Marketing or another related
field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing management.
Experience with content management systems and responsive web
design required
- Minimum 5 years Digital Marketing experience with an
omni-channel retailer or digital agency with significant retail
accounts
- Minimum 2 years management experience with direct reports
- Firm grasp of SEO/SEM practices and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible during times of change
- Ability to interpret documents
- Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex
tasks
- Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively
respond
- Ability to comprehend complex issues and communicate
- Associate must be able to read and understand English
- Associate must be able to stay alert during work hours

- Ability to travel to meet the needs of the company, up to 20%

- Segmenting, custom report generations, strategizing campaigns
