Job DescriptionAbout the Position:Seeking a highly motivated, talented Marketing Magician (Marketing Manager) with outstanding project management skills and experience in marketing to work with us remotely, full time. Candidates should expect to write copy, design effective campaigns from start to finish (both creatively and implementation) and execute emails using Klaviyo. Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, excels at task prioritization, and is a great communicator with a proven track record of excelling in marketing and project coordination. They should be skilled at implementing wild visions into a detailed campaign brief and seeing the campaigns through to execution. Oh, and you must love cookie dough.

Though primarily DTC for the last two years, Doughp has expanded to grocery store shelves with recent launches including retail giants like Costco & Walmart. Our business consists of DTC, retail, and corporate sales channels. The latest move to retail is helping Doughp achieve its goal of becoming a household name in indulgent desserts, known for having the biggest heart.Your Doughp Duties:

• Marketing Campaign management, including campaign briefs (copy and concepting) and overseeing execution across platforms
• Email marketing coordination (plan email calendar, write copy, leverage our designer, and manage Klaviyo execution to an engaged list of -200k subscribers)
• Content organization (brand assets, photos, videos, etc.)
• Plan, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of tasks ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate resources and help with overall project alignment
• Proactively develop, implement, monitor, and socialize new and/or existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making
• Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables, and priorities
• Project manage a variety of marketing programs including collaborating on project plans and managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships
• Execute SMS marketing program (2-3 texts/month)
• Management of OAK (our affiliate agency - publishers/coupon sites etc)
• Oversees and works closely with social media manager managing more than 180k followers combined across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. At a minimum, what you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field
    • OR direct experience in marketing and project management
    • Experience in content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
    • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
    • Needs to be extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful about email execution
    • Bonus points for:
      • Comfort with FB paid ads creation (given strategic guidance from our consulting team) and experienced with eCommerce businesses
      • Experience working with Shopify, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms
