Job Description Job Description Director of Construction Services Position: Director of Construction Services Location: Remote with travel across Southeast Base Salary: $100,000-$135,000 Commission Position Overview The Director of Construction Services will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage teams efficiently while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from conception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee the estimating process and ensure accurate cost assessments for projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines. Implement best practices in construction management to improve efficiency and quality. Drive business development efforts to identify new project opportunities and expand client relationships. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in multifamily projects. Proven experience in business development and client relationship management. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Expertise in estimating and budgeting for construction projects. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
