Training (EIT) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Civil
Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our dynamic team. The role
involves the development of detailed site and grading plans,
erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management design,
water and wastewater design, as well as roadway and parking design.
You will be responsible for construction detailing and
specifications, preparation of inventory assessments, analyses, and
reports, and development of professional services proposals. This
position also includes managing projects and clients, developing
technical approaches, and participating in public presentations and
speaking engagements. Responsibilities Develop detailed site and
grading plans. Design erosion and sediment control plans. Execute
stormwater management design and water and wastewater design.
Manage roadway and parking design and construction detailing.
Prepare inventory assessments, analyses, and reports. Develop
professional services proposals. Manage projects and maintain
client relationships. Create technical approaches for projects.
Participate in public presentations and speaking engagements.
Essential Skills Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Civil Site
Design. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Knowledge of land
development processes. EIT certification. Bachelor's or Master's
degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 1 year of relevant
experience or a strong internship (2 semesters). Additional Skills
& Qualifications Experience in civil site design and land
development. Strong communication skills for client management and
public speaking. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment. Work Environment Our team operates in a modern office
