BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Lockbox Specialist opportunity in Dallas, TX! Position Title: Lockbox Specialist Location: Dallas, TX Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to the change. Expected Duration: 12 months Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ONISTE Pay Range: $18/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Working shift: 3rd: 9:15pm-5:45am; Thursday thru Monday Requirements: Experience scanning and imaging Extracting documents from envelope Job Description: Responsible for the day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received via US mail, overnight mail and local courier. Position requires the operation of high-speed machinery used to scan/image documents. The individual must be capable of working in a high-volume and demanding continuous production environment, including sitting for prolonged periods of time. Individual ensures that the documents are scanned/imaged appropriately, following department guidelines. Ability to identify different workflows and document retention. Responsible for performing Match and Compare, HealthLogic Match and Compare and Special HealthLogic Match and Compare as requested by client. Duties include: user maintenance on machine, extracting documents from envelope, identifying exception transactions, cash handling, credit card payments and foreign items. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Basic PC knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Routine machine maintenance Commitments Adhere to policies and procedures. Stay informed of key priorities and business updates. Proactively identify and manage risk, leveraging the Risk Framework. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Understand and live the values that support our culture.
