Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A bilingual
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to serve students
within a K-5 school setting in the Dallas, TX area. This contract
position involves supporting a school district's evaluation team,
providing speech and language services to children primarily in
early elementary grades. The role offers a combination of on-site
work at multiple campuses and hybrid flexibility with the
opportunity to work remotely one day per week for report writing.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations as
part of the districts evaluation team Provide therapy and
intervention services to K-5 students with speech and language
needs Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Utilize district resources
including test kits, computer access, and email Maintain accurate
documentation and complete required reports in a timely manner
Participate in team meetings and updates to ensure quality student
care Qualifications and Experience: Active Texas Speech-Language
Pathologist license required Proficiency in English and Spanish to
serve bilingual student populations Experience working with K-12
school-aged children preferred, specifically K-5 Ability to manage
caseloads across multiple campuses in an itinerant role Strong
communication and organizational skills Location: Mesquite, Texas
(Dallas area), with responsibilities across multiple school sites;
office located at the Student Support Center Schedule and Duration:
Contract role, starting ASAP through May 28, 2026 Up to 30 hours
per week, with hybrid work options (on-site and one remote day
