• 
  
• Supervise students and staff in the classroom, and ensure a calm, peaceful environment
  
• Assist with general monitoring of playground and mealtime to ensure safety and order
  
• Develop sound relationships with all students
  
• Ensure group transitions happen safely and effectively
  
• Maintain clean and organized classrooms
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • CDA credential
    
  • At least 1 year early childhood education experience -
    
  • Ability to work effectively with parents, co-workers, and diverse communities
    
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
    
  • First Aid/CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire
    
  • The ability to sit on the floor with students, lift 30 pounds, and bend down
    
  • Health and Safety Orientation Training required within 90 days
    
  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting
