Job Description Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION The Parish
Plus Creative and Digital Manager is a full-time, year-round,
non-exempt position responsible for developing and overseeing
creative content to promote Parish Auxiliary Programs (Parish Plus)
to internal and external audiences. Parish Plus encompasses a wide
variety of programs serving both families and the broader
community. This position reports directly to and works closely with
the Parish Plus Director of Marketing and Communications, ensuring
all creative and technical initiatives align with school branding,
marketing goals, and audience engagement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This

& Marketing Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain program
presence across social media platforms; stay current on trends and
algorithm changes. Concept and design campaigns, seasonal themes,
and promotional materials for Parish Plus programs, including
print, digital, and social media content. Collaborate with program
directors to create collateral for special events highlighting
auxiliary programs (recitals, performances, on-site events, etc.).
Design print-ready apparel graphics aligned with school branding
for the store and school teams/groups as needed. Work with the
school store team to design and implement rotating in-store window
displays. Maintain and update product photography for school
merchandise. Capture adequate photography/videography coverage for
all programs and campaigns. Hours may need to be adjusted to
capture after-school content. Technical/Website/Analytics
Responsibilities (In Collaboration with Director): Maintain and
improve the Parish Plus website, including content updates and
layout adjustments. Implement and monitor GA4 tracking, tagging,
and reporting to measure website performance and campaign
effectiveness. Troubleshoot website issues and work with external
vendors or IT support as needed. Track, analyze, and report key
metrics for digital campaigns, website engagement, and social media
performance. Uses AI tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency,
creativity, and quality of work product. Other Responsibilities /
Support: Collaborates with a large team of program directors,
balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and communication across
multiple channels. Assist as backup in the school store using the
point-of-sale system. Support Extend or Parish Summer programs as
needed with administrative duties. This role will require capturing
content outside of regular business hours. Work hours will be
adjusted to accommodate this responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of
two to four years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
Graphic design skills with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software. Experience
using content management systems for website management (e.g.,
WordPress) and social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout
Social or similar tools), along with familiarity in website
analytics (GA4) and keyword tagging. Ability to collaborate within
the Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of social media
trends, including content creation strategies and Meta/Instagram
advertising tools. Experience creating campaigns for multiple
audiences. Ability to balance creative vision with technical
execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A
team player with strong interpersonal skills to productively,
professionally and empathetically communicate with students,
parents, the entire school community and wide variety of school
constituents. An extremely well organized, detail-oriented
individual who has a high energy level together with an
accompanying sense of urgency. Bright, hardworking and enthusiastic

and after-school or weekend Parish Plus events. Acknowledge receipt

in the Handbook or otherwise by the School. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly works in standard office conditions
and climate. Occasional outdoor activities may be required.
Regularly uses close and distance vision, including working at a
computer screen for extended periods of time. Frequently required
to move around the campus/office/classroom ; works at a desk for
extended periods of time. Ability to occasionally move items
weighing up to 30lbs. across the campus/classroom/office. Ability
to maintain appropriate boundaries with students, fellow staff and
