Now Hiring: Remote Benefits Customer Service Representatives
residing near Buffalo, NY/Pittsburgh, PA/Richardson, TX/San Diego,
CA. Candidates MUST reside within 1 hour from one of these cities.
Day 1 Orientation and computer pick up is ONSITE. Day 2 and onwards

Location: Remote (Must live within 1 hour of specified city) –
Pittsburgh, PA / Richardson, TX / Buffalo, NY / San Diego, CA Pay
Rate: $17.00 per hour, paid biweekly ($0.75/hr for bilingual
candidates fluent in Spanish or French) Schedule: Full-Time |
Monday–Friday |8hr shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (NO
WEEKENDS!) Busy Season: 40 hours/week and possible OT Off Season:
Hours fluctuate between 32-40 hours depending on client needs
Extended service hours during blackout season (Oct-Nov & first 2
weeks of Jan) to 10pm CST No time-off is permitted in the first 90
days Start Date: August 18th - Multiple orientation dates through
October! Status: W2 contract assignment with potential to extend or
hire on permanently based heavily upon attendance, performance, and
business needs. 3-6 month assignment to start with conversions to
direct reserved for top performers with no attendance issues. Job
Summary As a Benefit Customer Service Representative you will have
the rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping members
navigate their healthcare and pension plans with confidence. This
is a meaningful opportunity to provide exceptional service and make
a difference in people’s lives every day. What You’ll Do: Guide
members through benefits enrollment and assist with updates to
health and/or pension plans. Deliver personalized support via
phone, email, and webchat — we prioritize quality over speed. Start
on a single client account, and over time, be cross-trained to
support multiple clients. Use empathy, professionalism, and clear
communication to handle a variety of member concerns, including
those that may be sensitive or complex. Interpret plan documents
and explain them in simple, easy-to-understand language. Handle
confidential information responsibly in line with HIPAA and data
privacy standards. What We’re Looking For: Verifiable High school
diploma or GED required. Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency
required. Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but
not required — we’ll train the right person! Strong communication
and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt your service approach
to meet a variety of personalities and communication styles. Must
have a secure home office environment Must be willing to complete a
