Location: Gahanna, OH Pay: $20–$22 per hour (DOE) Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Career Strategies is seeking an
experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in
Gahanna, OH. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance
professional who can efficiently complete work orders and unit
turns while providing great customer service. Job Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and daily work orders Perform unit
turns/make-readies Plumbing repairs (leaks, disposals, fixture
replacements) Electrical repairs (switches, outlets, lighting)
Drywall repair and painting Appliance troubleshooting and minor
repairs Basic HVAC knowledge preferred Assist with general grounds
duties as needed Qualifications: Previous apartment maintenance
experience required Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall,
and general repairs Ability to work independently and stay
organized Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer
