This is your opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems. What You’ll Do: As an EVV Specialist, you’ll work under the guidance of the EVV Manager to: Oversee and maintain the Vesta EVV system . Monitor and reconcile EVV data between Vesta and KanTime . Communicate with attendants, Case Managers, and Program Directors to resolve discrepancies. Track trends and report issues to improve system performance. Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulations. What You Bring to the Table: Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail . Effective communication and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook , and database systems. Ability to type 35 WPM and demonstrate Excel accuracy . Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (required). 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (required). Bilingual skills are a plus! Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and use standard office equipment. Normal vision, hearing, and verbal communication skills.
