Job Description Job Description Payroll Administrator This
position will be responsible for payroll administration for 1000
employees in ADP WFN throughout multiple states, ensuring accuracy
and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Candidates
will need to have experience processing high volume payroll
throughout multiple states and have previously worked on an ADP
platform. Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for employees
using ADP Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including
salary, bonuses, deductions, and taxes. Maintain and update
employee payroll records in accordance with payroll regulations.
Handle payroll customer service inquires from employees in the
field as well as management Prepare and submit payroll reports
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams Assist with year-end
payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Qualifications: High School Diploma Minimum of 3 years of
experience in full cycle (in house) payroll processing Solid
knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite & ADP (preferably WFN) Strong organizational and time
management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with
discretion. Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) This
position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 WFH) and located in Nashville-
airport area Hours: Monday- Friday (40/hrs/week), 7:30-4:30pm or
8am-5pm Target Pay Rate $31-34/hr OT as needed Pay Details: $31.00
