Compensation: 130K plus 10% Hybrid Schedule (4 days in office in Arlington and 1 remote) Growth potential Strong benefits Job Details We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in shaping the company's strategic financial direction by providing key insights and analysis that influence decision-making at the highest levels. Responsibilities: Develop and manage complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to improve profitability, drive growth, reduce costs, and minimize risks Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports on financial results, including variances to our business plan, to senior management and other stakeholders Collaborate with various teams across the company to understand business trends and link them to financial results Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting exercises Evaluate business initiatives and investments for financial viability and returns, and present findings to senior management Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and economic conditions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial analysis role Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow models Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving our financial performance and strategic direction.
