Job Description Job Description Job Title: Junior Accountant Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $60,000 annually Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Nashville. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their accounting career in a dynamic environment. You will support financial operations, assist with reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and journal entries Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP Collaborate with internal teams on financial reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us?
