Director on our Auto Pricing team. This is a prime opportunity for

pricing frameworks and strategic insights.As a Quant Analytics
Director on the Auto Pricing team, you will lead a team responsible
for Pricing, Data Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence. Your
responsibilities include developing pricing frameworks, setting
pricing strategies leveraging competitive intelligence, and
conducting pricing tests to optimize long-term shareholder value
added (SVA) for Chase Auto. You will also develop a best-in-class
pricing analytics framework and coordinate the preparation of
pricing recommendations across Retail, Private Label, and Direct
Auto. Building strong relationships with clients and partners to
produce clear and concise reports for management discussions is
essential.Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the Auto finance industry's competitive landscape
and develop winning pricing strategies to increase Chase Auto's
market share and profitability.
- Manage Private Label pricing teams responsible for pricing
decisions and client relationships.
- Develop pricing strategies based on capital allocation to
optimize Return on Equity and shareholder value.
- Enhance communication of market share, competitive
intelligence, and conduct further analysis to understand lender
economics and operating models.
- Lead a team of pricing managers and competitive intelligence
analysts to improve pricing decision processes and
recommendations.
- Supervise the design and development of a range of pricing
models.
- Monitor model performance in accordance with company risk
policies, including back-testing, benchmarking, and documenting
results per regulatory guidelines.
- Build collaborative relationships with Finance,
Product/Pricing, Sales, Operations, Credit, and Data Management
teams to improve analytics and reporting.
- Innovate in developing new metrics, report designs, and
analytic areas of focus.Required Qualifications, Skills, and
Capabilities:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Banking, Finance, or related
fields.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with
ability to present persuasively across organizational levels.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing
teams.
- Experience in reporting, insights development, and executive
communication.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a track record of
innovation, resourcefulness, and problem-solving.Preferred
Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in the Auto finance industry or comparable pricing
