The primary responsibility of this role is to assist and coach our Owner/Operators by focusing on operational execution, labor and cost of goods management, and the implementation of our business model. This role will also emphasize community involvement and grassroots marketing. Responsible for an assigned district of restaurants, performance will be evaluated based on sales and profit growth within the district. This is a hands-on role.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze business opportunities and identify areas for improvement at the store level.
• Collaborate with Franchise Owners to meet or exceed sales and profit expectations while maintaining standards.
• Work with Operations and Business Solutions teams to develop action plans to enhance store profitability.
• Implement and monitor action plans aimed at increasing profitability and sales.
• Assist Franchise Owners in driving sales to improve profitability.
• Evaluate store activities to ensure systems and tools maximize profitability.
• Identify operational gaps and create corrective action plans to address them, following up until operational excellence is achieved.
  • Interpret sales, P&L, and quality compliance data to determine store visit needs.
  • Discuss and follow up on action plans, providing regular updates to Operational Leadership.
    • Ensure compliance with brand standards and franchise requirements.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicator metrics at all levels.
    • Drive profitability across store, district, and company levels through adherence to strategic initiatives.
    • Motivate, lead, coach, and develop the Franchise Operations team to foster successful partnerships with Owner/Operators.Prerequisites:
      • High School Diploma or GED required.
      • Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
      • Experience working with franchisees managing 10+ locations.
      • Up to 50% travel required.
      • Experience in restaurant marketing is a plus.
      • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
