Audit Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Audit Specialist responsible for managing billing compliance audits and documentation for health plans.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and review documentation required for insurance coverage and reimbursement
Log and report all received audit inquiries and retrieve necessary documentation
Assist in tracking and reporting audit findings and implementing performance improvement programs

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of relevant experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance
Senior level requires two years of experience and one year in a similar role
Experience in a Medicare certified HME or related environment is preferred
